CALIFORNIA FAMILY LITIGATION GUIDE COMING SOON!

Stephen J. Wagner, Dick & Wagner, and Stephen A. Kolodny, Kolodny & Anteau, are joining the Honorable Judge Richard E. Denner (Ret.) as authors and editorial consultants to the current California Family Litigation Guide published by Lexis Nexis/Matthew Bender. The Litigation Guide, formerly the California Family Law Trial Guide for which Mr. Wagner was also a Practice Consultant since 1992, is much more than a “trial” guide. Thus, it is being renamed the California Family Litigation Guide.

The Litigation Guide will expand the current checklists, legal strategies, techniques and practice tips. In addition it will include new sections relating to law and motion guidance, deposition questions, fiduciary duty and disclosure issues and other litigation specifics to help the family law practitioner and forensic experts confidently handle evolving issues in this dynamic practice area of Family Law. It will also be extremely useful at all stages of a proceeding – from intake through formal and informal discovery and actual trial.

Look for an announcement from Lexis Nexis/Matthew Bender!
